Forgive or forget?

Hey guys,

My (ex) best friend (who is taking up much of this blog) said sorry. And I ain’t that stupid to know that she won’t do it again but I wanted your advice. Say someone who you trusted so so so so much did something like this to you. Does it makes you sound needy if you say yes but does it makes you sound harsh if you say no? ARGH!!

The problem with me is that I am TOO kind hearted I hate it! I need you to tell me what to do.

Oh…. you’re also kind! Cheer up that’s not a bad thing. The thing is that I’m also way too kind and I forgave my ex bestie. And what she did was make new friends and literally forget me. I don’t know about you but saying yes will have its consequences. I mean if you’re best friend is good enough she’ll accept you and you’ll live happily ever after. But if she doesn’t really care, you will regret why you forgave her.
Okay now think back on how she’s treated you. I’m sure you’ll find out if she’s really mean or a true friend who did a mistake.
Sorry for the longest comment EVER!
P.S. I’ve had the same situation some months ago and I’m really sorry it’s happening to you. I know what is the feeling when this happens. Hope you’ll recover soon! 🙂

I’m not quite sure what happened because I’ve recently found this blog, but it depends on the reasons she is your ex friend. Honestly, being me, I would forgive in forget, but if anything happened between us in the same way… or just something annoying CONSTANTLY, then I would find it hard to forgive. If this is the first time, maybe you should forgive her for whatever happened, and just tell her to not let it happen again or apologies won’t be accepted the next time, ya know? Sorry if I wasn’t very helpful. :\
